My experience at Wahaca Waterloo was disappointing due to its unorganized nature and subpar customer service. The restaurant seemed chaotic, with disorganized seating arrangements and long wait times. The staff appeared overwhelmed and lacked attentiveness, resulting in a frustrating dining experience. While the food itself was ok, the overall lack of organization and poor customer service overshadowed any positives. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Wahaca Waterloo based on my visit.

It's okay but it is definitely understaffed for how busy it gets. Long waits on food, rushing staff who don't have the time to keep much check on tables so it's difficult to grab attention when you need something. We booked for a time but had to wait at the host station for people without bookings to be seated first, which generally is fine but in a fast-paced restaurant with a lot of competing venues and people visiting in between destinations is a to it's downfall.
