Just had our order delivered and I can honestly say that it was the worst I’ve had. Part of the order was a quarter crispy duck which was essentially a carton full of fat! The other items were not much better. As a loyal customer I rang to give some friendly feedback, which was not well received. They just kept repeating that there was nothing that they could do about it… top tip - do better. We will not be returning.

I ordered food online to be delivered. Delivery time was I hour 29 mins. But after two hours no delivery. When I contacted the shop the poor young boy on the desk told me it had not been cooked yet an it would be another 1/2 hour. So I said I would collect. I eventually was able to collect after putting my initial order 2 hours and 40 minutes before. Don’t accept the order if you cannot keep up with the workload and don’t leave a 14 year alone at the desk to take the flack.

We have ordered here before through Just eat and have been really happy, unfortunately it seems they have branched out on their own to deliver their own food and the delivery times are ridiculous, but the food remains amazing. I suggest you collect rather than pay for a disappointing delivery time.

Absolutely shocking, used to be good but gone downhill rapidly. 2.5 hours waiting for food. Sounded like young child on phone, every time we chased our order. Do not order from here, you have been warned.

Wouldn't use again. Ordered to be delivered and it was due around 7.45, at 8.15 tried to ring. Kept saying line busy, by 9 pm drove to Chinese to ask where my food was. They wasn't interested or even apologised!! I ended up waiting for my order and as I was waiting I asked about phone only to be told phone was working fine and not been ringing much!! A different person eventually brought my food out so I asked him ( as I was ringing the Chinese) to be told the phone had been ringing constantly. It didn't ring once whilst I was there as on my phone kept saying line was busy!! Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend

After reading reviews I was hesitant but most reviews are negative due to delivery times, so I just collect instead! A friend recommended this Chinese and I’ll never go anywhere else now. Cantonese Shredded Chicken is amazing, special fried rice and noodles are also lush. Everything we have never disappoints and you don’t get that horrible “post takeaway” feeling as it’s never too greasy! Ignore the negative reviews and try it for yourself 😊

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. 1hr and 15 min wait for collection after being told 40/45 mins at the point of ordering. The food was sketchy at best and discarded after eating perhaps a quarter of the meal because it was not enjoyable at all. And the worse part is now I regret even eating what I did as I’m experiencing mild food poisoning as a result. Would really avoid this place!
