Excellent for one to one, both off lead play and off lead, training of all types with your dog, in a very large secure well cut grass field. I have been training my border collies over the last 25 years up to Obediance Competition standard, and this outdoor space especially with 'some' noise to mimic everyday distractions (planes, helicopters, road noise, birds and bird noise) is great for achieving focus and thus blocking them out.

Good place to take dogs,, overly lots of space to run.however would b better if changed into 3 paddocks, make more money in long run and give people a better chance to meet up for a coffee and relax knowing their dogs are safe, only wish some would clean up after their dogs, its the owners responsibility not the people who own the property to do this,we will b back All 3 of mine were tired but yoda heard other dogs and had to investigate thankyou tho..they were tired
