Very unimpressed with the lack of service from EN ZHI. She was unprofessional when serving us.She did not ask how our meal was or if we needed another drink. After we asked for the bill, she ran over to her colleague and proceeded to tell them that I had asked about service charge , which i found very weird, as that’s nothing laugh about. Her colleague then looked over at us and began to laugh which was very childish. I suggest that EN ZHI is careful when talking about customers insight as this is bad for business. Firecracker chicken was also dry and very spicy. Food took ages to come even though it was not busy.

The food can be customised according to our taste which was very cool! The drinks were also very healthy and the desserts did not disappoint! The manager, Naz, who took our order was very polite and easy going. It was a pleasure to have visited this place and would come back in our future outings! Kid-friendliness: The menu catered to kids which was very nice considering kids get picky.

I'm a big fan of Wagamama but this branch is not quite up to speed. . The waiter wasn't familiar with certain menu items. I asked for a second round of sake, warm this time, and they brought us warm tea instead which we ended up mixing with our drink unknowingly, ruining it. When I pointed that out to the manager, he initially said that it seemed right to him by just looking at the colour of the liquid... although he offered a fresh sake portion afterwards. At the same time they didn't have enough sake cups for all our party (we were 5, they only had two). Their water glasses were dirty (see pic). . The restaurant tried to be helpful, but these are Asian dining & and health/safety basics. I've been to much better branches
