I visited at around 07:00 pm on Friday 13 May 2023. Gentleman who was our server was lovely but a few of the others were abysmal. First, the wrong table number was written by the host on our table. The online service wouldn’t work. Then, we asked the lady with thin-framed glasses and burgundy hair which table we were on. She was so lazy and said ‘check with your server’. She was actually so rude throughout the night that it was so stressful. Our sides never came and when we asked about it after our mains were finished, nobody suggested that they would remove it from the bill. Abysmal service. Particularly that one lady with dark red hair. Our server was lovely, though!

Had to queue but it was a bank holiday and football was on so no surprise there. Worth the limited wait. Once seated Max took our order and food arrive pretty soon afterwards piping hot and so tasty. Had room for desert and on Max's recommendation went for banana fritter and ice cream. It was divine. If in and around media city give this place a try and will not be disappointed.

Very good. 15 of us in a party and service was friendly and efficient. The manager took great care with the people in our party with food allergies. Food was very nice and everyone enjoyed it. Great to pay with the App so everyone could pay for their own food easily. Great all round. Never been to Wagamam before, hope to go again in the future 5/5.
