Came here after work and it was the first time I had tried Wagamama's. My wife enjoys the restaurant chain and I can see why. There was a good choice of food and what I had tasted lovely- great on the calories too. The effort of the servers was great but the actual food-to-table timings was a disaster. There were 4 of us and we were all due to get trains in an hour. My food arrived pretty swiftly and another colleague received theirs shortly after. There was a long wait until a server checked with us, went to the kitchen and returned explaining that it wouldn't be long now (it seemed like 2 of the meals had been missed). By this time I wasn't far from finished. Then a 3rd colleague received theirs and we were still waiting for the 4th colleague's meal. It was nearly an hour. Unfortunately, this colleague had the earliest train so ended up having to ask for this meal to be boxed up and eat on the train (which ended up being too busy to do so). Very much a mixed bag experience.
