Had the worst experience here today . We waited outside the restaurant for good 10 minutes and no one even came to tell us how long will it take . It was really sunny so we were standing in a shade . After 20 minutes a girl with High hair bun came and asked us to stand in the sun away from the restaurant door . She was really rude . We had a big queue behind us and everyone had to stand in the sun. We eventually decided to leave because the way they were treating people gave us an idea how the service is gonna be .

Vegetarian options: Where previously wagamamas had a full veggie menu, there was now only 1 or 2 items per category. 2 ramen, 2 noodle dishes, 1 curry, 1etc. This was greatly limiting. Especially in regards to the fact the new dishes cannot be changed, so I couldn't have the new veggie ramen without the coconut or coriander. The main veggie sides went too, and the new veggie mushrooms were very disappointing and I did not finish. They needed to be cooked slightly longer at slightly lower temperature. The breadcrumbs were burnt in places and lakes seasoning. A teriyaki or miso dip instead of sweet chilli would have been much better. The other veggie side of vegan ribs were also poor as they were chewy and the galze didn't last until you swallowed, leaving with you with a mouthful of non homogenus proteins and blended mushrooms, that tasted of nothing at all. The tofu pad tai was good, if a touch bland but not bad. They really pulled the meal back with a good main. But nothing Togo back for. In the end I left missing the old menu.

First and probably last time eating at waga mama. We sat outdoors and the manager of the store took our order. He was polite and professional, but that was it. Food presentation was great. Taste was not bad, but I would expect something better for the price. This is a matter of personal taste of course. What is not a matter of personal taste is cleanliness. Womens toilets were smelly and the condiments basket looked disgusting, you could absolutely tell it had not been cleaned for at least a good couple of days, see pictures. Rest of the staff showed no excitement really, they looked a bit unmotivated. One thing to praise was that the restaurant seemed to be a rather diverse place.
