I usually don't like giving these kinda reviews especially when it could be a single case of bad experience...but I must say... We tried to get a table last night, we finally got one and was ready to order. The staff didn't even look in our direction, they started taking several orders from people that arrived after we did. We sat for a good 15-20 minutes without anyone asking what kinda food or drinks we wanted. At that point we grabbed our bags and left the restaurant without the staff even noticing/saying anything & we found some other food before our flights. This isn't the first time I have felt ignored in a Wagamama and I can't say it sits well with me. I guess having only 2 waiters running around at a busy airport restaurant isn't enough, but what annoys me the most is that they didn't seem to even scan the room to check if there was anyone trying to get their attention. And for that reason I can't really recommend going for the Wagamama when you most likely have a flight to catch within the next couple of hours.
