    I’m a coeliac. Told waiter to ask manager to take my special order. Waiter looked perplexed. And then despite having mentioned this to the manager, I was given my son’s meal (udon noodles!) and told it was gluten free. Manageress promptly apologised after having been proven wrong by referring to the regular menu. After having been served by apathetic staff, I was charged the full amount of my meal. Oh and btw make a note of the pest traps. Yuck, yuck yuck.

    What a nightmare! I ordered some food and the waitress added the wrong dish to the order. I needed a refund, on which it was extremely difficult and burocratic. I had to fill out a form with my card details, instead of the usual refund everywhere, where you put your card in the machine and get the refund. I then had to pay for the correct order on the menu, on which costed me extra money from my account. I filled out a form, but nothing gave me as a guarantee of a refund. I asked for copy of that form, the waitress hasn't given me. We're now waiting a long time for our order! Wagamama has to update their refund policy, as this is ridiculous! 👎🏾

    I’ve eaten here several times and ordered take out several times from this branch and have never been disappointed. Food is always made fresh to order and you can customise if you like. A vast selection of drinks. Pleasant atmosphere. Delicious food. The waiters and waitresses always polite and cheerful. We were served specifically by Neveah but were kindly wished a farewell upon leaving from all the team. If anyone is unsure, they are open sunday evenings as well - we went after the cinema which is a mere few seconds away. Chilli squid, tama squid are always bomb💜 I’ve been really into the ramens lately which never disappoint ever (and are incredibly filling). Thank you 💜💚

    Our server, Neveah, was really lovely and really made us feel welcome. She was very friendly and made our experience better than usual when we go to Wagamama. Our food arrived really quickly, and was really nice. Our dietary requirements were well catered for, and weren't made to feel bad that we made changes to our dishes. Overall a really nice experience, and would definitely come back!
