The food is okay but the service has been terrible recently. Our last click and collect order had an item missing, we were asked to fill out a lengthy form etc but never got a refund; they responded that they need to contact their finance department. Today's order had a wrong item with meat which meant one of us didn't have anything to eat. They did not answer the call.

Absolutely brilliant time at wagamama this evening with my family. Staff were friendly and welcoming whilst they work their way around the customers. Didn't feel rushed and they let us take our time over the menu. The food was delicious and hot, fresh and tasty. 2 adult Raman and 1 child Raman with 3 sides. Highly recommend. Great outdoor seating. The tables, restaurant and toilet all clean and stocked. Bug thank you to all the staff especially Katerina, the evening manager and all staff.

Stear clear. Ingredients not fresh reheated. Too much oil and half the sized portion. In fact it’s like they’ve taken the food out the bin and placed it on the plate. Insulting to say the least.
