We visited Wagamama Covent Garden today at around 12:30. There was a bit of an mishap with our food order which was a problem for us due to some dietary preferences. After reporting the issue to staff, the manager of the store today, Inga, handled the situation superbly and we really appreciate her sincere acts of kindness towards us. Thank you Inga for your great customer service. The food we both had was also great in the end too!

Runny nose and teary eyes are worth it! They have the spiciest katsu curry sauce I've ever tasted and I asked them to make it extra spicy 🔥 so you can imagine the feel. Taste of their food is phenomenal. Really enjoyed the potatoes and aubergine patty that they gave with the rice. And their stuffed Bao bun with katsu curry is incredible combo. The spiciness of the curry and the subtle sweetness from the veggies elevates the taste. The service could've been better but this has always been the case with any wagamama.
