excellent service. Food came very quickly and was as expected. I had a small complication with my meal and i had let them know, however i did not expect them to offer me an entirely new meal for free. After saying no to a replacement meal they offered it as a take away which i also declined so they took the cost of my meal off the bill. Overall lovely service and good food.

I went on Friday 28th April for dinner with some friends and I had a chicken ramen, when I was having the ramen I can tell the chicken had a strange flavour. But I thought maybe is the marinate or something else. Yesterday I had a terrible day in bed almost dying, vomiting non stop. I'm sure the chicken wasn't in good conditions. I was about to go to the hospital 🤢🤢

Wasn’t the greatest first impression when we walked in and were greeted by “we’re short staffed. You will have to wait for your food”. We were on holiday so took a seat and understood the service would be slow. Ordered our drinks and food at the same time. When the food came it all looked lovely but unfortunately it didn’t taste as good as it looked. Found my katsu curry very bland. My daughter had the ramen noodles and barely ate a few mouthfuls. Mum struggled through half a pad Thai. My beetroot juice was vile! Warm and hard to drink. We have all dined at other wagamamas before but this was below their standards.

I can’t fault the service here, Davide especially is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. We come to this Wagamamas often and he is so great and makes our experience the best. Food is delicious and the whole team of staff are wonderful :)
