Charlotte is absolutely amazing and so so attentive. My dog goes to her day care and has been groomed as well. He doesn't even look back at me when I drop him off, he trots of with Charlotte and I just know he is in good hands. As for the groom, my dog is an absolute wiggle butt and he behaved so well for Charlotte and the groom was just perfect. Usually he has to have light sedation at the vets for a nail clip so for him to stay still for his groom speaks volumes, they clearly have a special bond where he trusts her. Would recommend Charlotte 100%! Xx

We have a Bernese MD that doesnt like being washed or blow dried.. until now every groomer has given up after the wash just saying he wont let us do any more.. he tried it on with Charlotte and got a good telling off.. First completed groom and pad clip etc... looks amazing ... charlotte is Brilliant at what she does
