Placed an order that stated 45 minute delivery, not received after an hour so called to be told order not showing on system. Order was put back through over phone, told 30 minutes for delivery. Hour later still not delivered so called again, told order on way. Finally arrived 2 hours 20 minutes after original order then told £5 more than original price. When took order in house found one item also missing!! Disappointing. Credit to the guy that took my calls though, very polite and apologetic.

Food wasn't too bad but disappointing service overall. Card machine was not working, they ran out of nut topping for waffles, offered me 3 ice cream flavours - only to then be told the flavour i chose was finished. In addition to this, it was a long wait for a relatively small order.
