I think it used to be a better place before the pandemic. Whenever I visited after the pandemic, the music is always super loud, which means you can hardly ear anyone if you wish to seat for a meeting, a video call, or watch a webinar. All the tables have been assigned to the restaurant, for a meal purpose, so it feels more like a restaurant, than a place to grab a cuppa and work. It makes you feel as you are obliged to have a burger if you want to seat on a table. Then the worse is that most of the sockets have been barricaded. So, you can only stay as long your laptop battery lasts. Despite this, the coffee is lovely and the staff is very friendly. Parking is free. I just think the offer currently doesn't align too well with the purpose and concept of Waffle21 and their expected audience.
