When you apply for a loan and get emails that it has been approved, that is just the beginning of a long game. You have to chase to get an update, then they take a lot of personal information off you and a week after you still don't get an update. It would be more efficient service to decline from the start than to create false hope. They do not render a very professional service and appears to me that there might just be a few people running this and they are totally out of their depth. I was more worried in the end that I hope my personal information including information from my bank statement would not be used inappropriately.

Receive an email claiming fast transfer 5h later after ringing twice...told theres a backlog and theres nothing they can do! Change what you write on your emails. The people are literally reading off a script! The inability to update theyre customers on ANYTHING regarding their application is POOR.
