    Spring Bootcamp - I've never been one to enjoy exercise, particularly when I am on my own, I'm easily distracted or simply get bored! I found the group aspect sociable and encouraging. Whilst there is opportunity to go at your own pace the support and encouragement from both the trainer and the group pushed me to go further than I honestly thought I would. Great fun, value for money and certainly worth the 8 week commitment!
