Had an MOT booked at nation tyre centre and they cancelled on the day so I called Wadhams and they were able to book me in the next day. Nice and friendly guys. Will defo use them for future car needs. I didn’t catch his name but the man working kindly helped me get a dent out of my car for free which I really appreciate!

Took my car in for MOT. I am not happy with the attitude of staff. I was made to feel unwelcome and found the staff rude. I tried to ask if any problems but just told ‘it’s on there in black and white’ and that was it. Oh, and ‘did you get my message ?’ Yes you left a voicemail 5 minutes before I called ‘I’m asking you did you get my message’ . I mean, what was I supposed to say. It just felt very aggressive and completely unnecessary behaviour. I won’t be going back again and don’t recommend. A previous customer summed it up well; ‘Good service is not just about the repairs to a vehicle, but how you talk to your customers. Not going back, sorry.’
