I am very disappointed with the service I have received and continue to receive from this firm in particularly since Rebecca and Majid moved to different department. I have since been constantly chasing Kathryn for update on my claim and I very rarely ever received a return call. I am constantly chasing and now been chasing for the past 3 months and I have not had the decency from Kathryn to return my call. Hannah was really professional and the advice she gave me was really helpful. It was also great to speak with a solicitor who really understood the horse world! Her advice made me realise that I did have a really strong case that was worth pursuing, and I was eventually able to reach a settlement with the other party that I was happy with. Although I hope I never need to, I would definitely use her again and would also recommend this company to anyone else, particularly for horse-related claims.

Applied for vacancy with this Company a Month + ago and informed I was shortlisted for interview (on at least 2 occasions). I chased a response with view of providing an update on at least 4 occasions! To date I have not even had any response, update or any further communication. I am disgusted by the lack of response from this Law firm who has kept me on hold for so long. I will consider reporting this Company to the Law Society. Clearly a Company who deserves it's reputation ! No more to say in the circumstances as actions speak louder than words.
