I had a problem with an online booking and contacted the centre via email to enquire. They were very helpful and were able to sort the issue out for me. It made me feel happy to be going to Whacky Kingdom with my daughter

for its size, it one of the best soft play centres I have taken my two children. At the time, my daughter was 18months and my son was 5. With other venues, I have often found that it wouldn't suit one age group significantly more than the other. However this was a good balance meaning they both had a great time and tired themselves out.

OMG where shall I start from the moment I purchased tickets on entry I knew things were gonna be bad. I visited on Friday with my 5 & 2yr old for a soft play session...that's what's advertised right... The ladies on reception are lacking any customers skills, gave off cold vibe.... Soft play itself is poor ball pit hardly has any balls init. The curly slide you have to fight to get down. Bits off floor tiles broken. To assist my child in the soft place was a struggle as it's very small. Hmv logos stick on windows. The whole place seems like it's been rushed open.would not recommend

A decent soft play. Ideal for a Mum to dump Dad and kids and shop away. It's noisy and chaotic but that's just the kids having a great time 😊

4th Birthday Party ruined! We booked the venue to celebrate our sons 4th birthday party. Everything went well and staff were really friendly up until the day of the party. We were asked to bring the decorations, tableware and party boxes prior to the day so staff can prepare the room as we were only allowed 10 minutes prior to the party. When we arrived I discovered that some of the decorations and half of the contents of the favour boxes was missing, 2 boxes were damaged. No-one called me or approached on the day to notify me . When I raised this with the staff member they explained that children from the other party got hold of our items and damaged them, even though i was reassured when booking that our decorations will be kept securely at the back. Staff tried to replace some of the items, but it was not the same as we had pirate themed party which could not be easily replaced. On top of that we asked for the room to be slightly rearranged to allow us to set up a table with sensory activities as most children have special needs and were told this would not be a problem. When we arrived this was not done and there was no time to rearrange the room, eventually I had to set it up on the floor, leaving minimal space to move around. I had to look for a member of staff for 10 minutes to ask for the food to be brought out and when it did arrive one of the menu choice was missing . Although children enjoyed the softplay area, we felt massively let down by the venue and what should have been a happy birthday celebration turned out to be a very stressful and disappointing day for us. Needless to say we will not be back and I would not recommend this venue for birthday parties as the organisation was absolutely appalling!
