The so called 'students' have absolutely no respect or consideration for the residents and business' surrounding Wac Arts. They routinely use expletives, scream and shout despite standing next to each other and blast music. When asked politely to reduce their volume they often reply abusively, illegally film you on their mobiles and deliberately increase the noise they are making. An absolute disgrace with little/no discipline/control being taken by the staff. Numerous complaints have been made to reception, and yet no long term action plan is in place. The excuse given is 'they are young students' - this may be true but it is then the responsibility of the adult staff to ensure they are behaving correctly and representing their college in a positive light rather than as wannabe ASBOs.
