Extremely poor. I spoke to the trader this morning and agreed to buy a car he had advertised on Autotrader. Told me to send my full name, address and email in order for an invoice to be prepared and I was going to send a deposit. No further contact received so I checked back on Autotrader and the car is now marked as sold. I called him immediately and although he answered it was clear he didn’t want to speak to me and fobbed me off saying he’d call me back which he hasn’t. A very poor and under hand way of doing car sales and would never recommend trying to buy a car from W4 Car Sales Ltd.
