If you have any problems, customer service is non-existent. You will get told you will get a call back on multiple occasions but you can forget about it. They will make you work for it, you having to call them constantly even if the error is on their side. Jack either has memory problems or does not care. Be warned. If you're already going through renovation related stress, W4bathrooms will make sure you will have plenty more to come.

Cannot recommend W4 Bathrooms highly enough. Just completed a full bathroom refurbishment and Leon and his team provided excellent service from start to finish. Fantastic knowledgable advice - always advising on the best we could get within our budget - and impeccable workmanship. We could not be happier and LOVE our new bathroom. Would definitely use W4 for any future projects.
