This shop has an outstanding service and a great customer service, Marco has been brilliant in the whole process and even after i purchased the watch i've noticed a small issue that has been dealt overnight with the outcome to have the watch on my wrist straight away the day after. Awful service, would not recommend using them if you are looking at selling a watch. We arranged an appointment the day before, came in, got an offer to buy the watch (Rolex) and was then told to come back in 30 minutes when someone was available to make the bank transfer. An hour and half later I got a call to say they were not interested. Gut feel is they were trying to sell it on before they committed to buying. Not worth the time.
