I haven't left a review online for years but I definitely have to today.. I have smoked cigars for years but recently got into pipe smoking and have only tried a couple of flavours so wanted some help from a experienced tobacconist. I dropped into W White's today as I was in the area and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, he was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I got advice about what sort of pipe tobacco he suggested after letting him know what I have already tried and he knew exactly what to recommend. With an added bonus of not having a "turn their nose up at you" attitude that I've sadly experienced in quite a few cigar/tobacconist shops in the past. Thanks for all the help and although not local, I'll definitely be purchasing from these gents for the foreseeable future.

Had a few friends visit and praise this place so much. My god, they were right. The second we got there the gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what we were looking for without us saying a word. Incredible, will definitely be returning.
