It's heartening to find such a really knowledgeable and skilled watch and clock expert here in Leeds (and it took hours of internet sifting to find). Service has been outstanding - from courteous counter service to excellent and informative communications and, in the end, a job so well done on a difficult vintage watch. Very reasonable prices, too, beating 'specialist' and even chain repairers by a mile. The premises are unpretentious but the expertise can't be beaten. Collected my watch today and I'm so pleased. Absolutely first class service. When my 1960's automatic watch developed a fault I feared the worst - despite it's sentimental value, the monetary value of the watch would surely be massively outweighed by the cost of repair? Not so, they had it sorted in minutes and refused to take any payment. Genuinely appreciated and that kindness will be paid forward.
