I took a pair earrings to W Samuel because the hoop on one of the earrings had broken off. These earrings had great sentimental value because they were given to me twenty years ago. The hoop was replaced by a thicker sturdier hoop and both earrings were polished for me. I would reccomend this jeweller for repairs. They fixed a gold necklace for a freind. Fantastic value and great service.
