Absolutely shocked to see a previous review suggesting that this company was anything other than a 5 star company. I have had dealings with this company for over 10 years, they have always been extremely professional, knowledgeable and over all honest. If you do take negative reviews on board, please ring them first your fears will be allayed. Strangely the 2 poor reviews appear to be at the same time by different people with similar problems, perhaps the same person? (just saying).
