Absolutely Deadful customer service received from W R Davies Stafford not once but twice in the same day. I took my vehicle in to be investigated "We'll call you to update around lunchtime". No call. I called up for an update. No one knew what was happening so I walked to the garage to get an update. I got the update from Mike and he said they would proceed further with the investigation to determine the exact problem. "Mr Mills I will personally call you later this afternoon to advise of the exact problem ". I have again had no call. I have never used W R Davies before and I will NEVER be using them again after this unacceptable level of customer service and dishonesty. Not recommended. I will go to a smaller independent garage next time!

I love this auto dealer. I have worked with them many years now. The salesmen (mine was Phil Richards *****) are so knowledgeable of the product lines and professional in their work with customers. I never feel pressured to buy. They always help you figure out finance options and let you know what options you may want with your vehicle. I also use this company for maintenance and repair and MOT. Maintenance staff are timely, thorough and attentive when working on vehicles. They point out things that may become an issue and make recommendations on what kind of issues to watch for. One cannot ask for better customer service and after care.

They make any excuse not to hoover or wash the car when it’s been in for a service. I’m having battery issues and they claim it’s because I don’t drive the car every day. Service is getting worse here!
