The team at WP Decorators (Chris / Paul / Lee) have recently decorated the exterior of our cottage and outbuildings, abs in doing so have totally transformed the look of our home. They are all genuine, professional courteous and respectful, from the initial meeting with Chris and Paul to discuss the works that we wanted completed they listened and also at the name time cascaded their knowledge, experience and opinion various aspects of the work to be completed. They provided a detailed and written quote within 24hrs which they stated they would do and a massive plus point being the “insurance liability” that they have (as at times accidents do happen) so this was a big assurance as well. The guys arrived a few days later to commence the work, and everyday they have been punctual and out in a full shift. They say that preparation is the key to everything these guys were awesome and went above and beyond our expectations in preparing the exterior, they communicated everything with us and were open and receptive to our suggestions suggestions also in respect of altering things as the works progressed, again they were so accommodating and flexible in their professional commitment and approach towards us. This is a true credit to these guys and a rare quality where they are all so helpful and genuine. The guys worked tirelessly on the cottage and it was pleasant to have people who are so passionate and committed to their work abs at the same time happy and jovial. ( they do like a cup of coffee too, something all customers should remember “ be kind and respect to the guys as well, manners go a long way !!) In essence we would have no hesitation in recommending WP Decorators to anyone. Their work is fantastic, true professionals and they provide excellent value for the high standard of work completed. We will be having them back to complete internal decorating in the near future too. These guys are so friendly and professional, talked through what was to be carried out during quotation so that we understood how and what was being done to our converted garage room which was newly plastered. Lee came to do the painting, he’s top guy who worked with dedication and was extremely courteous. Lovely to have mini chats with! Absolutely terrible! My mum booked them and had confirmation that they would be at her house to do some exterior decorating today. NO SHOW! They just didn’t bother turning up, not even a text, call or email. A complete waste of time. They were very quick and keen to give us a price, but after that, communication was terrible. Several weeks of time wasted when we could have just booked someone else. If you can’t fit in the work, let people know. At least have the courtesy to apologise. Honestly folks, don’t waste your time, just find a company that will actually respond to your emails, and turn up when they say they will. Service: Exterior painting
