Simply brilliant. I can't recommend him enough. Wayne renovated our shower room, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Our old shower room was a nightmare; it had leaks we couldn't track down, causing water damage to the floor and joists. Wayne gave us a number of options, worked like a trojan, and really went above and beyond to deliver us a shower room we are proud to show off. He is a bit more expensive than your bog-standard tradesman, but it's money well spent as the quality of his work is unsurpassed.

I've known Wayne for more than a decade during which time he has worked on several projects for me in the house, including complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. He is completely reliable and trustworthy, something of a perfectionist; and his work is of the highest standard. Of course this does not come cheap, but as my father used to say: " you get what you pay for". He also goes above and beyond. For example recently my washing machine had to be replaced. When a problem arose with the installation Wayne came over after a long day at work and sorted it all out. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We’ve just finished the fourth refurbishment work in our house with Wayne. All have been successful for us, and admired by visitors. I say ‘with Wayne’ because he offers you the chance of a real collaboration. He’s very helpful at the planning stage, finding out what you want and thinking through how it can be achieved. Then you get a real craftsman when the work is being done – and being a craftsman himself he gets in good people for specialist work. In advance he seemed to have thought things through but in all our jobs there has been something unexpected. Wayne has proved himself very ready to be adaptable and very good at working out how a really good finish can be achieved. Finally we’ve found him to be completely trustworthy, and had no concerns about leaving him to look after things when we had to be away. Oh, and his prices have always seemed to me to be entirely reasonable and fair to us and to him.
