I have exactly the same situation like customer on the bottom. He swore and his attitude to me as a customer was so rude. Whats more he cheated me. Before start work he said I will pay 20 + vat so it is 24quid when I came he said that work cost 30 + vat = 36quid not much different but first word is more important than money. After checked my motor he said is broken and I have to pay 36quid but I knew is broken that why I dropped it off here. Service - completely 0, 1 star it to much really. I will never back to him

This is one of the worst companies in Preston, they ripped me off in the name of being experts and professional, on top of this I spoke to the boss and he swore with bad words and his attitude to me as a customer was so rude. I do not recommend this place at all and if you have to use them make sure to check everything before and make things clear.
