Wayne fitted a new boiler at my rental property in 2017 - did a great job and everything was well. In 2020 I needed to contact Wayne as it had been reported that the boiler was showing an error code. I emailed Wayne, my email tracker showed the email had been opened but I never got a reply back - so had to go elsewhere to get the boiler fixed.
