    So unprofessional, I have attended my appointment today on time and was told to keep my car and receive it by the end of the day. I waited until after 5 p.m , and called them until they responded after 5:30 p.m. one of the customer services agents mentioned that the car is not gonna be received today and needs more repair. I told them that they should have given me another car to drive until it's fixed . They refused. They put me in a bad situation as I am totally depending on the car. It is so unprofessional Just to know that I have used the car for 2 days only since it was delivered

    This is the second time, I’m renting car from VWFS Rent - a - Car, Birmingham. The booking process are very easy and straight forward. After booking online, I went to the VWFS located at Johnson’s Volkswagen Dealership in Birmingham, where I met the VWFS staff Mr. Rahil and the process was quite easy. With in minutes, the documentation was completed and got the car. Also, I would like to mention the excellent customer service provided by Mr Rahil while collecting and returning the rented car.

    Rented twice from Birmingham branch, first time it was perfect. Second time unfortunatly Mr raheel decided to add extra additions like excess charge with notifying me. Only found out when I checked rental agreement. Just check your agreement before Mr raheel gives you it to sign. Any other representatives are all good. Decided to stick with solihull branch from now on.
