Tom Tara and the team at VW-T thank you so much. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Passionate knowledge customer focused with superb attention to detail and a real drive to deliver beyond expectations. We had been wanting a van for about 10 years before being in a position to purchase one. We had been looking at different builders and specs for all of that time. But from the moment we first saw the options offered and met with Tom and Tara we knew they were the the right choice. We started off with one of the companies stock layouts and made a few modifications to meet our wants and needs, Tom asked a lot of well considered questions and made some suggestions of things that he thought we would find genuinely useful (not just the typical upsell). We then added various upgrades and changes throughout the build, all of which Tom graciously accepted to do without any complaints. What they delivered was so far beyond our expectations the attention to detail is second to none as is the workmanship and customer experience. We’ve now had the van for almost a year in which time it’s seen a lot of use. Thanks to Tom and Tara’s advice and direction I genuinely wouldn’t want to or need to change a single thing about it. One of the things I’ve often heard when talking to people about their vans is what they would do differently next time, I can hand on heart say I wouldn’t do a single thing differently. If you are considering buying a van then don’t give it a second thought and if you want it to be perfect these are the people to go with.
