Had a couple issues with vibrations in the steering when driving. They didn't try to oversell and i can no longer feel any vibrations, and in fact feels like driving a new car. They updated me throughout and gave the exact cost prior to any works. Excellent service and the most professional and friendliest staff. The word specialist is very often used these days but I can honestly say these guys are truly 100% specialists in there field. My Audi S4 had a dash light come on the fault was found and I was kept posted by Raja calling me with all updates until the work was undertaken. I have always used VW main dealers for servicing and repairs. However on my last visit the main dealer advised they could programme a new key as there was a fault on the alarm. I visited VW specialists in Hitchin and they programmed the same key without the expense of a new alarm or any further works! Better - prompt reliable and know what they are doing! I would 100% recommend visiting VW Audi specialists for any car problems. After ongoing coolant loss that lasted over a month, I visited my Audi garage who quoted me 3.5k for repairs! After some research I came across VW Specialists who seemed like the perfect garage to investigate and repair the leak. I visited and spoke to Raja, who on first impressions was very professional and his technical knowledge was excellent. I booked my car in and he quickly diagnosed the fault and went on to repair the leak, which was caused by a faulty water pump and thermostat. He also advised of some other issues with the car, which I also asked him to repair. The final bill came in at just over 50% what audi estimated so I am very pleased with that. After taking my car to audi for many years, I have now decided to drive 50 miles from London to see VW Audi Specialists for all my future car servicing needs. Owner and workers here are spoken very highly of, when I took my VW Tiguan here I was quoted around £2500 - £3000 for brand new parts and labour as I had a faulty gear box, lucky the guys here helped me by finding a used part and replacing the solenoid’s for £1700 now my car is even more responsive and driving better than when I bought it, thanks for the great service guys!!!
