The customer service is nil there attitude is so poor We have hade an extensive project done No site visit whilst work was being done Here over 2 weeks demand payment before they go We have 14 faults so far and will require an inspection by a professional to checkout there work They felt there fitters are prefect and never in 11 years had any bad comment Or any client not pay before the fitter leave ?????

Asked Vulcan windows to quote for large window, approx cost £3000. Vulcan turned up to measure up etc. The gentleman concerned, said he would go back to the office to work out a price, and then let us know. That's over two weeks ago. Not heard anything.

Extremely disappointed with quality and service. Products missing on delivery. Water filled window panel, and a door that leaks from its glass window . Have contacted on several occasions put no joy in receiving the replacement glass or lock that is missing from order. Would not reccomend.
