Just visited today as I was booked to load at 07:45. If you're for the first time with them you need to know that sitting in the lane to wait for you're turn will not help you if you're not going to walk in(that place is very dirty by the way) to book yourself. As I ended up there at 07:07 I waited behind a container for my turn. Trucker went in,loaded his container and went out at couple minutes before 09:00. As I drove in after him the guy from the desk told me that I will be booked as a "late one". When I told him that is not right to do like this he told me that is a sign(in the bushes) who specifically says to "walk in and book". This is not a issue if you're first to enter cause you can read that sign. But if you're 2nd ore more in the queue and you're for the FIRST TIME there you'll end up just like me: LATE ONE. I give them 1 star for the fact that they don't care for your explanation and for the dirty site they're running.
