Great Cinema - haven't had any problems with any screening during pandemic but staff need to have better communication skills and plus some seats if not suitable to sit in need to be made unavailable on online and in cinema booking until they are repaired. Escalators are not working most of the time which is a downside.

I have found this branch to be reasonably priced, to have comfortable seating and be clean. As long as you're not seeing the movie on too small a screen, I enjoy watching films there. What more can you ask for. I tried their other branch with the recliners, but found the whole extra cost and novelty didn't do much much for me, so returned to Croydon Grants for the next movie.

Screens good, audio a bit too quiet, cinema itself kinda weird and run down - you gotta go up 5 escalators and some are dead. People inside have no idea what a cinema etiquette is, screaming babies and constant chat from everyone. I can't really reccomend but it's more the fault of the people than the establishment. If it wasn't for the attendees here i'd still recommend you go elsewhere if you can.

This has to be one of the worst managed cinemas I have ever been to. I'm sure if you wanted, you could get in and not pay a thing. I received free points for 8 pairs of Vue cinema tickets, and this one was the nearest so I had to go here. Every time I went, no one checked my ticket and no one was bothering to stop and check anyone walking in, how does this place make any money...? The cherry on the cake was the last time I went, three young lads just walked in half way through Renfield, sat at the back, rolled up a joint for 20mins, stunk the place out and then just walked out... honestly if it wasn't because I had free tickets I would never have gone here!!

I went to the cinema with one of my childhood friend's today to see the new Super Mario movie. The staff were so engaging and nice and they also made conversation with us which I think was really sweet. Shortly after we left the cinema once the movie finished, we realised that I had left my phone and he had also left his wallet which contained his bank card inside the cinema. We brought this up to the staff and they tried to help us find it by radioing other staff. Unfortunately they said after checking multiple times, that they could not find it. The staff were very nice and helped to keep us calm by making conversation with us and telling us personal stories which were quite funny. This one particular staff "Keefe" was very keen on helping us and he eventually found my phone after repetitively looking. After me and my friend decided to make a move to go home seeming as it was getting very late, Keefe called my friend and told him that he had found his wallet (my friend left his number for them to call him up). We were so relieved and very grateful after he made his way down to the entrance of the cinema to give it to us. If you see this Keefe thank you soooo much!

I lost my wallet and my friend lost her phone, very late at night so it was a trek to get home especially considering we had to get the bus, i had no wallet so i had no chance to get home, the staff was very helpful and took their precious time to help us find our belongings. The person who served us was very helpful and felt very bad for us, very considerate man, im sorry to say that i didnt catch his name. Another man named keith an absolute legend i might say, spent absolutely ages looking for our items and to my dismay we didnt find my wallet but we did get my friends phone. We left and as i had left my number, keith rang me and said that he came to the front and that he found my wallet, i instantly sprant back and collected it. So im so grateful to the staff for helping me get back by taking their time to help me find my wallet, will definitely be back. Thank you so so much, have a great day.
