Custom made entry doors that this company made for us started to have cracks after literally a few months. They have been made of poor quality wood and looked nice for maybe a month. For the price my partner paid for the door the standard is very low. Communication is poor. After they were informed about the fault they didn't offer any repair or refund . Very unprofessional. I can't recommend their services.

The whole process from the initial quote up to instalation was handled in very professional way and order completed on time, within scheduled time. If you looking for high quality, bespoke product you will not be dissapointed.

I have ordered a bespoke wooden door for nearly £2500 in August 2018. The door was not of an acceptable and expected standard (as it was poorly paint and the lock was not finished so I struggled to put my key into the keyhole). I contacted them immediately and they promised to come and repaint and repair the door. At the agreed day of the arrival I got an email in which they said that they contacted Farrow and Ball and shared the paint company opinion about avoiding any painting job with the temperature below 10 degrees Celsius. We came to the conclusion and agreement that the company will finalise the repair and re-paint work in the Spring 2019. When the weather became better I started ringing and sending text messages, contacting them via contact form on their website, but did not get any response. In May I borrowed the mobile phone from my friend and rang them and...they picked up the phone. When they realised it was me they were pretending they don't remember any agreement whatsoever. Finally after sending several emails and 3 recorded delivery letters (without any response) now I have submitted a court claim. Stay away from this company, they are not delivering high quality job they are charging for!
