Please be aware. I am a very small business, I signed a contract with VS Group for 3 new phones, they have let me down with delivery and installation and I have had to chase them constantly. I signed a month ago and still have no service provided to me, when I tried to cancel they are telling me to pay nearly £3,000 in cancellation fees. How is a small business meant to pay that when I have no service from them. E mails are rude and unhelpful they just want money.
