VRC quoted to repair my car in May 22 and were paid upfront by a third party. After having it for several weeks at a time (twice!) and being rebooked 3 times! MONTHS later my car was supposedly ready for collection. Upon arrival we could see the repairs hadn't been carried out, instead of a new bumper fitted, as per the quote, they patched together my old one. Not only did they lie about the works completed, my car received further damage while on their premises and the girl responded with "oh well it's tight round here". No apology or offer for resolution so we spoke with the manager. He just lost his temper, swore at me and made me cry so after months of stress, I decided to finally go elsewhere to get my car repaired. Please stay far far away, this company is an actual joke, run by cowboys and thieves. They literally lie, steal and cheat. The so called repair they completed was shocking too - the paint was two different colours and they had buffed it so hard it looked like they'd used a scouring pad. Go anywhere but here. After quoting to repair my daughters car back in May 2022, wasting months, yes months of our time and eventually providing us with a repair, IMO, worse than a child with crayons, we have had to book in with a main dealer for a professional job. Avoid at all costs. Rude, unprofessional, dishonest cheats. How they stay in business I really can't start to imagine. If you are desperate to use this company, do not pay in advance. Called the receptionist and Booked the car in a week before, when I arrived no one had any record of the booking. Assured me they could get it done anyway, left the car there late afternoon and was told it would be ready to pick it up 5pm the following day. The next day When I called to say I was coming to get it they told me they had no idea of the job and it hadn’t been done, no apology or anything. And The boss who I spoke to who assured me it could be done was off. Waste of time

Dont Touch This Company With a Barge Pole! If you have any pride in your vehicle, I'd stay miles away from this place. I'm not one to leave a negative review but after the ordeal I've had with these people, its only fair to warn others. Took my car in to have a quote for front bumper respray and a couple interior parts painted gloss black. These parts were already removed so it was just a case of painting them. Admitedly, my paint is an awkward colour to paint and match which I did mention, however was assured It would'nt be an issue. A little more expensive than other quotes, however after all the good reviews I'd seen, I thought I'd rather pay more for a better job. Booked the car and dropped off two weeks later, was told it would take a week to complete. Cut a long story short, it took over a month to complete. After a week, phoned to check in, was told having an issue with the paint, will be a couple more days. That was the generic theme of the past month, me phoning every 3-4 days, being told will be done "tomorrow" then when calling the next day to confirm, was told "Sorry the painter did not come in today, It will have to be tomorrow" Once it was finished, they never rang me to say it was done, I phoned them and was told "Oh yeah, its been done for 2 days", thought thanks for telling me, spoke to the workshop manager and confirmed I would collect on Friday afternoon. Got a call Friday Morning from a stroppy receptionist telling me the cars been done for a couple days and I have till the end of the day to collect before they start charging me rent, convenient considering they have had the car over a month already. After collecting, admittedly the bumper paintjob was good, however the interior parts, I could have gotten a better job out of a rattle can myself! Obviously not been painted in the spray booth as each part is covered in dust and is very rough to touch, theres parts covered in overspray and they have even missed parts and not sprayed them at all. The photos confirm this. Not sure how someone can go home happy with the job they have done. I'd deal with the very poor customer service if the paintjob was decent however, there is not a single positive thing I could say about this company Avoid at all costs! Service: Painting
