Absolutely excellent service from start to finish and even after! First class customer service, no frills, no cheesy sales or pressure, just understood our needs and dealt with them accordingly. We would highly recommend this company, much better experience than many bigger dealers, such as Marcedes Liverpool (who spent 3 hours of our time and still didn’t get it). We will definitely back for our next car but hopefully shopping from the back room this time haha! Thank you Glen, Simon and the team, you should be very proud of the company and service you give!

The Liverpool Car Lad
I was recently looking to purchase a new car - with a unique BMW M760Li V12 2020 to trade in - and had visited a few showrooms before trying VR ESP Automotive. I looked around the forecourt and saw a few cars that I liked: a black BMW X7 (23” alloys, cream interior) and was 99% sure I was going to buy it but wanted to check inside to see if I could see anything else I liked, as the quality of the cars seemed very high - it is a shame that the quality of customer service didn’t match! I rang the bell and a man came to the door; from the way he looked at me I could tell he just didn’t have any time for me and assumed I was a time-waster, which considering the car I was currently driving and what I was willing to spend is a him judging a book by its cover and a poor attitude as a salesman. After looking at me like I was something he had found on his shoe, he then told me that I needed to make an appointment (although there is nothing on the website that states this is a requirement) and when I asked if there were any other cars inside, he said: “sorry we only have Supercars in here”… assuming that was well out of my price bracket. Who does he think I am? Julia Roberts? Regardless whether I could afford a Supercar or not, he wasn’t to know that and didn’t even give me the time of day and didn’t know that I was about to potentially buy a car from him. He didn’t offer to make a booking for me, he just said that I would have to call up and make one (when I was there already). He displayed absolutely no customer service value in any sense of the word and as an example of the sort of attitude you will experience from anyone in VR ESP, I would advise not to waste your time. Sadly, he lost the business a £100k sale. And assuming he works on commission; big mistake… big… huge!👍🏼
