Ordered 2 chairs on 11 November which I didn't receive until now 14 December, despite paying 150 euros for delivery, prices dropped few days after ordering ( which would make a difference of 180 £) , didn't bother to cancel my order just not to cause any delays, since they weren't received after a Month and probably won't be received before Christmas, called to request price match ( as prices went down only few days after ordering and still down until now) or cancelling my order so that at least I would reorder and get the discounted price, customer service said I can't get a price match or cancel the order and I have to be patient !!! Add on this they have the worst customer service ever, the lady just closed the call while I'm still speaking.
