Buyer beware! This company is an absolute joke. I had a full exhaust fitted a year ago, which was so badly installed, I was forced to return six times and it's still blowing in several places. After each repair, I took the car to a different independent fitter to have the work Vortex carried out checked, and on every occasion they told me the work was some of the worst they've ever seen. I have tried to explain this to the owner of Vortex who is a master of excuses of why the job isn't their fault and why he was never available to return my calls. I do think the system has some performance merit but this is negated by the cowboy approach the company has to exhaust fitment and a total lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I'd urge anyone reading this, who values their car to spend a little extra and go through your main dealer or use one of the many other exhaust specialists out there. I had my vortex system fitted a couple of years ago now but have not used Motorhone much since but now after doing a 3000 mile trip to Spain and back now realize how good the performance of my mh now is, especially going up the Spanish mountains, definitely more power even towing a two axle trailer with car on being extra 1650kgs and total 6500kgs Definitely recommend this system for extra power when needed

My diesel ran quiter, a little smoother and best of all i don't have to worry about replacing it or it getting a hole in a few years time. Would thoroughly recommend Melvin and the team particularly for any vehicles where you just can't find the original exhaust available in the market and want something quality
