    Cleaning was fine. However the cleaner was always late, always changing times, didnt rock up twice and we had to chase her as to why she hadnt come. Although it was due to a good reason (taking her word for it), we left it until the next day to contact her; where as she has made no effort to contact us. Despite she replied to a job request and came to our house to give us a quote, in the end she obviously decided we were too far away ?? and she just didnt rock up to the next scheduled time or contact us to tell us. We have not heard from her since. Highly unreliable.
