My 4 year old attends Ninja's twice a week. Pablo is the coach/trainer and he is an absolute wizard with the kids. They learn discipline as well as martial art skills, he does not take any messing about but does it in such a way that I also learn tricks as a parent. The kids listen, respond and have a great time but also learn respect. He also has great fun with them and is teaching their minds as well as physical fitness. I love watching the class and seeing the kids support each other and the older ones look out for the littler ones too. Really can't recommend enough!!

This is an odd review as it is more about Dave than the actual gym. I have used gyms on and off for nearly 40 years so speak with some experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Dave when I bought some gym equipment from him. A nicer chap you couldn't meet. A good gym is usually the product of a great owner and therefore if I was in the market for a new gym, after meeting Dave I would strongly expect his place to be very welcoming and professional. Dave was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to, he came across as someone who would be very patient with his students. Give it a try, I imagine you wont be disappointed.
