Terrible company. Me and my girlfriend moved in one month and a half ago and we're still missing some keys and both the main door fobs. Flat was absolutely dirty on move in day (earbud and Tampax cover under the bed!! Just to mention one), a lot of problems, like ants (still waiting for pest control or any action taken) . We are waiting for a reply since the 11th of April when they promised to let us know when someone from maintenance would have been able to come and have a look. They just start ignoring you after you move in and they don't care anymore. Absolutely unrecommended.

I have moved out of the properties from Vonder London for over four months, but still haven't received my deposit refund. I tried to contact the team both via email and phone around 20 times, but no one responded or just said someone would call me back but this never happened. I paid the room cleaning service before I moved out the flat and one of the members in the team was aware of this and confirmed with me no deduction will be made from the deposit, but the rental team still told me the cleaning needed to be reduced from the deposit, but I didn't get any deposit back anyways. I was so disappointed.

They never answer the phone or solve any issue regarding the flats. When they finally answer the phone, they ask for your info to "call you back" and guess what, that never happens. I've been waiting for more than 2 months for them to call me back.

Nice place to live. Don’t rent the flat with HOME MADE agency, we make a offer to landlord to paint a walls in bedroom by the landlord, and also speaking by phone with agent for landlord to paint a walls. The agency answered to our offer that landlord agree us to paint a walls... We say that we are not agree with that, and we wouldn’t process with our tenancy, because this is not what we asking for, we asked for landlord to paint a walls. Agency said that unfortunately they can not return our holding deposit!!! We have no signed any Tenancy Agreement, nothing, is just was made a offer to landlord, with which the landlord disagreed.
