While it was very hard to make contact in the days running up to taking my car in (which was extremely frustrating), on the day itself I was so impressed by the service from Calum in particular. So polite and helpful and gave me plenty of time to explain everything and to chat. The work was done while I waited and a coffee provided. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I could happily have sat there doing a bit of work for longer than I had to wait in the end. Overall, a dodgy start overcome by a good ending.

The sales team at the dealership and Tim Saise most of all were absolutely excellent throughout They did their best to match the car to personal preferences and there was really no hard sell- just sensible encouragement to try and find out exactly what you wanted Tim was always available to speak to and was excellent at organising test drives. They handled the finances efficiently and answered all of our queries with a calm and patient approach that gave us great confidence in the whole process I cannot say more than it would be difficult to rate Tim and the team more highly than we do
