Amazing experience! I bought my Volvo Selekt XC40 via Volvo Cars Poole; Ben Schofield was outstanding from the time we first spoke to when I drove off in my Volvo - he even came in on his holiday to meet with me and do the handover which demonstrated his commitment and the relationship we had built. Also thanks to John Beales the sales manager whom I also spoke to; all in all from the time I first saw the car, came in for the test drive, and did the handover was 2 weeks! They did everything to facilitate the quick turnaround I had requested. I look forward to maintaining my relationship with this dealer even though I live in London.

Professional, friendly and the best (free) chocolate drink in Poole! When we bought our first Volvo here almost two years ago, Kate and team Volvo Pool made us feel confident that we made the right decision. As much as buying a car is a rather impulsive and emotional decision, selling it is quite different. Here also, they treated us as a loyal customer and bought the car back from us at a decent price and again with professional approach and friendly persuasion. Bought a 1 year old Volvo XC60 from them a few years back. As it was a Volvo selekt vehicle I foolishly assumed it was in good condition. As I live a few hours away I took it to a local dealer to get some loose trim fixed. I was advise it had been hit hard from behind, something the sales person at Volvo Poole forgot to tell me! I tried to get more information from Volvo Poole, but they didn’t want to know and we’re not helpful at all. The repair was of poor quality and has caused a few issues over the years. So even if it is a Selekt vehicle, check its history carefully and didn’t expect any help from Volvo Poole. The reason I got round to writing this review after a few years is the rear wing paint is now degrading. A real shame as otherwise the XC60 is an excellent car.
